03
OIL AND GAS

In the oil and gas industry, additive manufacturing facilitates the production of specialized, corrosion-resistant components for harsh environments. This technology enhances equipment reliability and safety while reducing downtime and maintenance costs.

04
MOTORSPORTS

In motorsports, additive manufacturing offers a competitive edge by producing lightweight, high-strength components that optimize vehicle performance. It accelerates design iterations, leading to innovative solutions and enhanced speed and handling.

HOW IT WORKS
01     CASE STUDY
DEFENSE
01   MACRO

In 2021 the Royal Netherland’s Air Force was experiencing breakage on a critical fighter pilot helmet component.

Their additive manufacturing group could not resolve with the existing filament materials offering.

02   MICRO

Procuring repair parts for aging equipment is a major challenge for today’s militaries. Tectonic-3D printed and tested first parts, obtaining  end-use approvals.

03   MOLECULAR

We identified a material solution, converted polymer into filament, tested on machine appropriate conditions and generated technical data sheets.

_AIR FORCE PARTNER

"This material solved a significant breakage problem on our F35 program...there are many grades of injection molding polymers that are not offered in filament for defense applications... we want to collaborate further"
